Her grace, kindness, and compassionate nature left an indelible impression on everyone she encountered. Mollie was preceded in passing by her adored husband, Robert E. Linscomb, with whom she embarked on a lifetime of cherished memories and adventures. Mollie's legacy is a vibrant tapestry that continues through her beloved sister, Elaine B. Pullium of Maurice, LA; her son, Mark D. Linscomb of Elberta, AL; and her daughter, Cheryl L. Henderson, and her husband Ray. Mollie's warmth and wisdom illuminated the lives of four cherished grandchildren: Jennifer and Jeremy Degan, Nicole and Michael Watson, Tayler and Kyle Brohl, and Emily and Brock Hardy. Her boundless love extended to seven great-grandchildren: Loren, Kirsten, and Emma Degan; Callum and Isabel Watson; Bryson Brohl; and Rhett Hardy, who brought immeasurable joy to her twilight years. Mollie's professional journey led her to the classroom, where her passion for teaching flourished in Huntsville, AL. Her tireless dedication to education imprinted an enduring mark on the lives of numerous students, molding their futures and nurturing a lifelong love for learning. Upon her retirement in Foley, AL, Mollie reveled in the tranquility of the Gulf Coast. An active member of Saint Paul’s Episcopal Church, her faith blossomed, and her sense of community deepened. Mollie's spirit of service transcended the church's confines, as she generously volunteered her time and energy with various civic organizations and South Baldwin General Hospital. Mollie Barron Linscomb's legacy resounds with selflessness, resilience, and boundless love. As arrangements are being made, family and friends will come together to honor her life and share the countless stories that illuminate her enduring impact.
