Rickey Andrew Sparks, age 56 of Bessemer, AL passed away on July 5, 2020. He was a loving father, Paw Paw, son and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his father, Curtis “Buddy” Sparks; sisters, Donna Raney and Rebecca Davenport. Rickey is survived by his mother, Mildred “Ann” Sparks; sons, Shawn (Michelle) Sparks and Adam (Amie) Sparks; daughter, Tarha Mealer; grandchildren, Malachi Sparks, Clara Mealer, Ethan Sparks, Amelia Mealer and Nate Sparks; sisters, Cathy (David) Wade and Tonya Sparks ; brother, Shane Sparks and a host of friends and other family members. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 10, 2020 at 1 PM.
